Rome, 12 Nov. (LaPresse) – ‘Meloni's bluff on taxes and security must be exposed. Taxes are rising and, travelling around the country, you can see for yourself that people feel increasingly insecure: under this government, thefts, muggings and robberies have increased. As a father, I am alarmed by the baby gangs and the shootings that kill young people the same age as my son. We have a duty to do something.’ So said M5S president Giuseppe Conte in an interview with La Stampa. ‘Challenge the government with proposals: automatic prosecution for mugging and other heinous crimes for which there is currently private prosecution, and allocate the billion wasted on Albania to a fund for municipal security. I hope that all progressive forces will converge on these proposals,’ added the former prime minister.
