Rome, 7 November (LaPresse) – "These two people don't know what they're talking about, they should show respect because when someone goes on strike, they give up their salary. It's not free. These people should show respect and listen, because those who go on strike are the ones who pay taxes and also pay their salaries." This was how CGIL secretary Maurizio Landini responded to reporters regarding the attacks on the strike by Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and League leader Matteo Salvini.
