Milan, 3 November (LaPresse) – "Following what happened in Piazza Gae Aulenti this morning, I am in contact with the police forces involved in identifying the perpetrator. I hope he will be brought to justice as soon as possible. Incidents of violence of this kind are unacceptable. I express my sympathy to the woman who was the victim of this act of violence and to her family. We hope she will soon recover from the trauma and consequences of this event." This was stated in a note by the Mayor of Milan, Giuseppe Sala.
