Turin, 13 October (LaPresse) – Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Tuscany for the second day of voting to elect the president of the region. Outgoing governor Eugenio Giani (PD) is the centre-left candidate, while the centre-right is backing the mayor of Pistoia, Alessandro Tomasi. They are joined by Antonella Bundu, representing the left-wing Toscana Rossa list. Yesterday, at 11 p.m., turnout stood at 35.3%.
