Rome, Sept. 29 (LaPresse) – With 19,304 votes, equal to 31.97% of preferences, the Union Valdôtaine has won the regional elections in the Aosta Valley. Trailing behind are the Centrist Autonomists with 8,484 votes (14.05%), followed by Brothers of Italy in third place with 6,634 votes (10.99%). Forza Italia finished with 10.05% (6,066 votes). The Democratic Party (PD) obtained 8.04% (4,854 votes), and the Green-Left Alliance (AVS) got 6.32% (3,816 votes).
In total, 65,014 people voted out of 103,223 eligible voters, resulting in a turnout of 62.98%. There were 2,025 blank ballots and 2,590 invalid ones.
