Campania regional elections, Tajani: ‘We need a civic alliance, our allies should listen to us’

Rome, September 28 (LaPresse) – For the regional elections in Campania, "precisely because there is no longer a center-left, we must focus on a civic candidate." This was stated by the Deputy Prime Minister and National Secretary of Forza Italia, Antonio Tajani, in his concluding speech at the party's event in Telese Terme. "I will present this proposal to our allies," he added. "The best candidate for us is Fulvio Martusciello, but he told me that he prefers not to run, in order to ensure a win and avoid being used for political manipulation. We need to gain support even beyond our borders. We need to expand. And I hope our allies listen to us because in Campania, victory is possible and necessary."
