Rome, Sept. 18 (LaPresse) – With rulings no. 7381 and 7382 of 2025, today the Council of State rejected the appeals filed by Mr. Domenico Lucano against the two decisions of the Calabria Regional Administrative Court, which last Monday had considered legitimate the acts excluding him from the upcoming regional elections. Within the three days established by law, the Council of State decided on the matter, noting the applicability of Law No. 190 of 2012 (the so-called Severino Law) concerning the disqualifying effect of the criminal conviction against him.
