Rome, Sept 17 (LaPresse) – "In the text of the Ministers’ Court, there is what is called a teleological link between what the chief of staff allegedly did and what the minister did — in other words, when a crime is committed to conceal another one."
This is how Justice Minister Carlo Nordio responded to reporters in the Transatlantico when asked whether it is appropriate to raise a conflict of attribution over the failure to transmit to the Chamber the documents relating to Giusi Bartolozzi in the Almasri case. According to the Minister, "the connection between the two positions is clear."
