Rome, 3 September (LaPresse) – The schedule of work for the Chamber of Deputies' Authorisation Committee has been set with regard to the Almasri case and the request for authorisation to proceed against Mantovano, Nordio and Piantedosi. This was announced at the end of the bureau meeting by the committee chairman, Devis Dori, who explained: "Next week, the first session will be held, during which the rapporteur will illustrate the contents of the request for authorisation to proceed with legal action against Ministers Carlo Nordio and Matteo Piantedosi, and the Undersecretary to the Prime Minister, Alfredo Mantovano, by the Court of Ministers. indicatively on 17 or 18 September, we will hold the second session with the possible hearing of the ministers and undersecretary involved in the proceedings or for their brief; immediately afterwards, the third session will be held for general discussion; subsequently, we will have the fourth session for the presentation of the rapporteur's proposal; Finally, on Tuesday 30 September, we will vote on the proposal for the Assembly, which will be approved or rejected by a simple majority (in the Assembly, the refusal of authorisation must be voted by an absolute majority of votes, otherwise the authorisation is considered granted).
