Milan, 23 July (LaPresse) – ‘On the Almasri case, in which I am under investigation and therefore bound by secrecy of proceedings,’ "I already gave a statement to Parliament on 5 February. There is nothing new and no lies to Parliament. I am surprised that this petulant litany has arisen from press articles reporting news that should be secret. At least out of respect for the Ministers' Tribunal, we await its decisions with respect, we await the publication of the documents, after which, once the secrecy of the investigation has been lifted, it will be our duty to report to Parliament, opening a debate that will be concluded in accordance with constitutional rules, if necessary." This was stated by the Minister of Justice, Carlo Nordio, during Question Time in the Chamber of Deputies in response to a question from the PD.
