The 268-page ruling by the Palermo court, which acquitted Matteo Salvini, is clear and unequivocal: it dismantles every single accusation. And yet, the left covers up the legal troubles affecting its own ranks (from Milan to Prato, from Bari to Campania) while reserving outrageous attacks or deafening silence for its adversaries. Some people simply cannot accept defeat, whether in court or at the ballot box, and seek revenge." So reads a statement from the League.
