Rome, July 4 (LaPresse) – "The labor market continues to register record numbers: in May there were 80,000 more workers than the previous month and nearly 410,000 more than a year ago. It is predominantly stable employment," said Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, speaking via video link at the 'Forum in Masseria' by Bruno Vespa, in Manduria (Taranto). "The spread is also around 90 basis points today, while when we took office it was at 236. This is thanks to businesses, workers, but also to the seriousness of the government and Minister Giorgetti." Regarding the tax wedge cut, she added: "We have put more money in Italians’ pockets. Now we are working on lasting wage increases."
