Thanks to the promptness and professionalism shown in the initial response to secure and close off the affected area and the speed of the emergency services, it was possible to prevent this tragic event from having even more serious consequences." This was stated by Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni. ‘The immediate coordination between the various operational units and the courage shown once again demonstrate the extraordinary value of the women and men who work every day to ensure the safety, security and health of citizens. We extend our sincere gratitude to all of them,’ concluded the Prime Minister.
