Milan, 24 April (LaPresse) – ‘What was reported this morning by some Italian newspapers is totally unfounded because Russian President Vladimir Putin, against whom there is a request from the International Criminal Court, has never transited Italian territory nor has there ever been any news that he was about to enter it. The presence of the person or his imminent entry into the territory of the State are, in fact, essential conditions for the consequent measures'. This was stated in a note by the Minister of Justice, Carlo Nordio.
