Rome, April 10 (LaPresse) – The Production Activities Committee of the Chamber of Deputies has completed its review of the amendments to the "energy bills decree" and approved the mandate for rapporteurs Gianluca Caramanna (FdI) and Andrea Barabotti (Lega) to report to the Chamber, where the measure is expected on Monday. During the legislative process, an extension was added to the new fringe benefits taxation system—introduced by the latest Budget Law—for company vehicles ordered by December 31, 2024, and delivered by June 30, 2025. It was also clarified that there will be no "click day" for the appliance bonus, which will instead be applied directly as an invoice discount. Additionally, protections for vulnerable users (including those over 75, people with disabilities, and economically fragile individuals eligible for the energy bonus) will be extended through 2027.
