Rome, March 18 (LaPresse) – This morning, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister Matteo Salvini spoke with President Giorgia Meloni before her speech in the Senate to wish her good luck. This was stated in a note from their staff, emphasizing that Meloni and Salvini, as always in a cordial and friendly atmosphere, joked about yet another round of rumors regarding alleged disputes. Salvini reiterated to Meloni that the League is "the glue of the majority." It was also reiterated that Meloni and Salvini have been in daily contact since the beginning of the legislature and will continue to do so. As previously announced, Salvini is currently abroad, between Warsaw and Brussels, working on infrastructure-related dossiers.
