Rome, 20 Feb. (LaPresse) – ‘The images of the four coffins of the Israeli hostages on display on the stage set up in Khan Younis are horrifying. This is yet another shameful and sensationalist display of horror by Hamas, an unworthy act, a total lack of respect for the victims and their families. I utterly condemn this savage and criminal act that risks fuelling hatred and violence. I extend my sincere and affectionate solidarity to the people of Israel, the families of the victims and the Jewish communities’.
