Milan, 12 June (LaPresse) – The Milan Supervisory Court has suspended the enforcement of the sentence imposed on former regional councillor Nicole Minetti, who was granted a pardon by the President of the Republic on the grounds, amongst other things, of her particular family circumstances. The court’s decision, which it had reserved following today’s hearing, was communicated a short while ago to Minetti’s lawyers, Pasquale Pantano and Antonella Calcaterra.
