Milan, 9 Apr. (LaPresse) – The Milan Public Prosecutor’s Office has requested that Enrico Pazzali be brought to trial on charges of criminal association and unauthorised access to a computer system in the investigation into Equalize and the alleged ‘dossier centre’ established around the company owned by the former president of Fondazione Fiera. At the same time, prosecutors Francesco De Tommasi and Eugenio Fusco are today serving the third notice of the conclusion of preliminary investigations against a further 81 individuals under investigation on various counts, including criminal association, illegal wiretapping, intrusion into computer systems of public importance, corruption relating to the disclosure of confidential data, and slander. This document, which precedes another request for committal for trial, follows the one issued in July 2025 that closed the investigation into Pazzali and 14 other individuals under investigation for the dossier-making, including the hacker and IT specialist Samuele Calamucci and the former ROS carabiniere and intelligence agent Vincenzo De Marzio. Some of those charges have since been dropped in view of plea bargains.
