Rome, 4 April (LaPresse) – A 50-year-old woman and a 16-year-old boy were killed in a road accident that took place overnight in Rome, on Via Tuscolana. Two cars, a Fiat Punto and a Fiat 500, collided, resulting in the death of the woman driving the Fiat Punto and the passenger in the Fiat 500. The two female passengers in the Punto, the victim’s daughters – one aged 20 and the other 11 – were injured and taken to the Policlinico Umberto I hospital. The driver of the 500, a 19-year-old man, was also injured and taken to the Policlinico Tor Vergata hospital, where he underwent the standard medical examinations. Both vehicles were impounded by officers from the IV Tiburtino Group of the local police, who are in charge of the investigation to reconstruct the exact sequence of events.
