Milan, 22 March (LaPresse) – Polling stations opened at 7 am this morning for the confirmatory constitutional referendum on justice reform, in which 51,424,729 voters are eligible to participate, including 5,477,619 abroad. Polling stations will remain open on Sunday until 11 pm and on Monday from 7 am to 3 pm. The counting of votes will begin immediately afterwards. As this is a confirmatory referendum, a quorum is not required. On the green ballot paper, voters must answer ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to the question: ‘Do you approve the text of the law revising Articles 87(10), 102(1), 104, 105, 106, paragraph 3, 107, paragraph 1, and 110 of the Constitution approved by Parliament and published in the Official Gazette of 30 October 2025 under the title ‘Provisions concerning the judicial system and the establishment of the Disciplinary Court’?”. To vote, you must go to the polling station with a valid form of identification and your voter registration card.
