L'Aquila, Tue. (LaPresse) – According to information obtained by LaPresse from sources close to the “Bosco family”, one of the three children, one of the twins, began a hunger strike this morning, saying that he will not eat until his mother, Catherine Birmingham, returns. By order of the Juvenile Court of L'Aquila, the woman was removed last Friday from the facility in Vasto (Chieti) where her children have been staying since 20 November. That is, since the Juvenile Court suspended the couple's parental responsibility by another order. The case came to light following a case of food poisoning treated in hospital, where staff reported the family to social services.
