Rome, 6 March (LaPresse) – A complaint has been filed with the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office in the Garlasco case, signed by the Cappa family, containing very serious and specific accusations against the protagonists of this second phase of the investigation, also suggesting misdirection. The complaint has not yet been assigned to a public prosecutor. The news was reported yesterday live on Ore 14 Sera, the prime-time programme broadcast on Rai 2 and hosted by Milo Infante. “This is news,” explained Infante, “that we have learned from investigative circles and of which we are certain. The complaint was reportedly filed in recent weeks and asks for certain serious facts to be verified, which we could define as an attempt to mislead the investigation”. During the programme, criminologist Anna Vagli, a friend of one of the Cappa twins, denounced the climate of harassment in which the sisters live, which culminated yesterday when a film crew followed one of the Cappa twins to her children's school.
