Rome, 26 February (LaPresse) – A video, filmed before the New Year's Eve fire in Crans-Montana, already present in the Swiss authorities' files, has been included in the case file opened by the Rome Public Prosecutor's Office. The images show an evening at the Le Constellation bar with numerous minors drinking alcohol and also document the conditions of the premises. The video, made by a friend of one of the victims, will be examined along with the contents of the mobile phones that have already been seized. The testimonies of the Italian youths who were injured are consistent in their reports of blocked emergency exits and flames that spread in a matter of moments. The investigation, coordinated by prosecutor Francesco Lo Voi, is looking into disaster and multiple manslaughter, arson and aggravated grievous bodily harm. Between 23 and 27 March, the Roman prosecutors will return to Sion, Switzerland, to examine and select the investigation material collected so far.
