Milan, 23 February (LaPresse) – Abderrahim Mansouri was not holding any weapon when he was shot by Assistant Chief of Police Carmelo Cinturrino, who was arrested this morning for the voluntary murder of the 28-year-old, and the replica Beretta found next to the body was brought and placed there at a later stage. This is the decisive factor that, as clarified by the Milan police headquarters, led to Cinturrino's arrest for the voluntary homicide of Mansouri. Added to this are all the investigative findings conducted by the Mobile Squad and the Regional Scientific Police Department of the State Police, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office, including the testimonies collected, the interrogations, the analysis of CCTV footage and telephone devices, and technical and scientific investigations, which have made it possible to reconstruct the events that took place on 26 January in Rogoredo, a district of Milan.
