Bolzano, Feb. 5 (LaPresse) – An avalanche occurred this afternoon, around 1:30 p.m., above Solda. According to the Alpine Rescue, the detachment happened in the area of the Madriccio hut, not far from the ski slopes. An initial assessment confirmed by rescuers is that three people were involved, two of whom were recovered already dead. The third was instead extracted still alive. On site were also helicopters from the Finance Guard and Pelikan 2.
