Vatican City (Vatican), 3 Feb. (LaPresse) – Regarding the fresco of the angel with a face resembling Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni in the church of San Lorenzo in Lucina, "no decision has been made yet" even though "the original certainly was not like this." This was stated by the head of communications of the Vicariate of Rome, Giulio Albanese, on the sidelines of the press conference presenting the international award 'Francesco d’Assisi and Carlo Acutis for an Economy of Fraternity.' What is certain, Father Albanese emphasized, is that the "decision will be shared" among the church’s owner, the Fund for Religious Buildings, the Italian Superintendency, and the Vicariate itself.
