Milan: 19-year-old Inter ultras arrested for throwing firecracker at Cremonese goalkeeper

Milan, 3 February (LaPresse) – An Inter ultras fan has been arrested by the Milan Digos (Special Operations Group) for allegedly throwing a firecracker at Cremonese goalkeeper Emil Audero on Sunday. The 19-year-old is a member of the Viking organised fan group led by Nino Ceccarelli, head of the San Siro North Stand. The news, reported an hour ago by Il Fatto Quotidiano, has been confirmed by legal sources. The young man, who allegedly threw a firecracker at the player during the away match, has been placed under investigation by Milan public prosecutor Francesco Cajani, but the charges against him are not yet clear. He is being held in San Vittore prison, where a hearing to validate his arrest is scheduled for tomorrow morning.
