This is the alleged offence for which the Turin Public Prosecutor's Office has opened an investigation, currently against unknown persons, following the clashes that took place on Saturday 31 January after the demonstration in support of Askatasuna. In an initial report by the Digos (Special Operations Group) of the Piedmontese capital, however, the names of 24 alleged participants in the clashes are reported, but not in the assault on the 29-year-old police officer on duty with the Padua mobile unit.
