This news stems from false statements made by members of the Equalize company as part of the investigation ordered by the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office." This was stated in a note by Giovanni Legnini, former president of the CSM, commenting on press articles that mention his involvement in the investigation into alleged cases of dossier-building linked to the Equalize company.
