This was stated in the chamber by the Minister of Education and Merit, Giuseppe Valditara, asking to speak again after the uproar over his statements regarding the bill on informed consent in schools. ‘My statements referred to those statements accusing the bill of not allowing the fight against femicide and gender-based violence. Statements of this kind are shameful. Because femicide is an issue of extraordinary drama,’ he added.
