Rome, 5 November (LaPresse) – Two deaths in quick succession have struck the world of amateur athletics in Veneto. Alberto Zordan, 48, was found dead in his home in Sovizzo, in the province of Vicenza, during the night between 1 and 2 November. According to those who knew him, he had no known medical conditions. Just a few weeks earlier, on 13 October, another athlete from the same team, Anna Zilio, 39, was found dead in her home in Verona. Both were members of Team Km Sport, a Verona-based sports club that brings together runners, cyclists and triathletes.
