Milan, 17 October (LaPresse) – The Brescia Review Court has cancelled the search warrant against former Pavia deputy prosecutor Mario Venditti in the investigation in which he is accused of corruption by the family of Andrea Sempio for the 2017 dismissal of the Garlasco murder case. The judges upheld the appeal filed by lawyer Domenico Aiello against the search and seizure of computers, smartphones and tablets ordered on 16 September and carried out on 26 September by the GICO (Guardia di Finanza Investigative Unit) of Brescia, the Pavia Group and the Carabinieri of the Milan Investigative Unit on the orders of public prosecutor Claudia Moregola and prosecutor Francesco Prete.vc
