Brescia, Oct. 14 (LaPresse) – Andrea Sempio has revoked the mandate of his defender, lawyer Massimo Lovati. The measure is not yet official, but according to reports, the other lawyer for the Voghera store clerk under investigation for the murder of Chiara Poggi, Angela Taccia, is currently filing the revocation. Among the reasons for revoking Lovati’s mandate are both the public statements made by the lawyer on various television programs, most recently on Fabrizio Corona’s ‘Falsissimo’, and the lack of shared defense strategies, including initiatives taken individually without first sharing them with his client and colleague.
