Milan, 19 September (LaPresse) – Preliminary investigations judge Francesca Ballesi has ordered the trial of Andrea Beretta Andrea, Daniel D'Alessandro, Gianfranco Ferdico, Marco Ferdico and Pietro Andrea Simoncini, accepting the request submitted by prosecutors Paolo Storari and Stefano Ammendola for immediate trial of the defendants for the murder of Vittorio Boiocchi, historic leader of the Curva Nord ultras at San Siro, who was shot dead on 29 October 2022 outside his home. Boiocchi was killed near his home before the Inter-Sampdoria match with five shots from a 9X19 calibre Luger. Two – fatal – shots hit him in the neck and chest.
