Rome, September 12 (LaPresse) – "I confirm that a formal warning has been issued against Mrs. Katia Ricciarelli. My client is exasperated by these continuous interventions on matters that do not concern her, interfering in issues unrelated to her and allowing herself to pass judgment on the criteria adopted by Pippo Baudo regarding his will. Then what should the children comment on? We are talking about ridiculous things, in very poor taste, intruding into the private relationship between Pippo and his collaborator of 35 years, who has witnessed all events—career, health, life, and recently fragility." This is what Jacopo Pensa, lawyer of Dina Minna, Pippo Baudo’s collaborator, said to LaPresse regarding recent interviews by Baudo’s ex-wife, Katia Ricciarelli, about the presenter’s will after his death on August 16. The warning will take effect starting from Ricciarelli’s next interview, scheduled to air on 'Verissimo' on Saturday, September 13. "What do we expect? The interview has already been recorded," explained the lawyer. "Mediaset is aware of this complaint. Anything that interferes with privacy is completely rejected by my client. We will see how the interview goes and decide. Further actions will depend on what she says. If the comments are defamatory or offend the dignity of Minna and Pippo, we will react accordingly."
