Milan, 1 September (LaPresse) – The Italy-Israel match, scheduled for 14 October at the stadium in Udine and valid for qualification for the 2026 World Cup, ‘as far as the Ministry of the Interior is concerned, can go ahead’. This is according to sources at the Ministry of the Interior, who explain that ‘at the moment, no risks to public order have emerged.’ The mayor of the Friuli city, Alberto Felice De Toni, requested the postponement of the match in light of the ongoing conflict in Gaza.
