Rome, 25 August (LaPresse) – ‘Enough with this war! I ask the international community to find a humane solution to an inhumane situation that people have been experiencing for two years. People are literally dying of hunger, thirst and heat.’ Father Ibrahim Faltas, Franciscan and Vicar of the Custody of the Holy Land, told Vatican media. ‘I ask once again the powerful of the world to find a solution, to do something. Now it is also very difficult to get humanitarian aid in, it is very difficult to get people out, very difficult to do anything. It is time for all the powerful of the world to find a solution. For more than 70 years, both Israelis and Palestinians have been suffering. Enough is enough!’ Father Faltas added.
