Cagliari, 11 August (LaPresse) – Jennifer Lopez will be the star of tomorrow's gala evening at Cala di Volpe, the highlight of the season at the iconic Costa Smeralda resort managed by Marriott International and owned by Smeralda Holding, controlled by the Qatar sovereign wealth fund. The American artist, a global icon of music and cinema, is the only woman to have simultaneously topped the music and film charts. She has sold over 80 million records, grossed more than $3 billion at the box office and racked up billions of streams and views. Her recent successes include the Netflix films Atlas and The Mother, both number one on the platform, and Unstoppable, released in 2025 and immediately topping the global Amazon Prime Video charts. The evening will combine a gala dinner by chef Michele Bacciu and culinary director Maurizio Locatelli with stage design, artistic performances, special effects and a concert by the pop star, in an exclusive setting on the Costa Smeralda.
