Milano, Aug 10. (LaPresse) – Firefighting operations have been ongoing for over 24 hours in the Vesuvio National Park, near Terzigno, in the Naples area. Currently, 12 ground teams are at work, including reinforcements from Tuscany and Marche, alongside teams from Salerno and Benevento who have been engaged since yesterday morning. Since dawn, 6 Canadair aircraft from the National Fire Service’s aerial fleet have been in action. During the night, drones from the Campania regional fire service performed aerial monitoring of the affected area.
