Milano, Aug 10. (LaPresse) – The Carabinieri in Bari announced the arrest of a 67-year-old Romanian man last Wednesday, accused of sexual assault against a 23-year-old woman. The Carabinieri intervened after being alerted by several girls who spotted a man fleeing nearby. After a brief chase, the man was apprehended. One of the three girls, still highly distressed, reported that while walking with her two friends, the man suddenly approached and groped her. The victim's and witnesses' accounts allowed the Carabinieri to reconstruct the events, gather evidence for the Public Prosecutor's Office, and proceed with the man's arrest.
