Rome, 2 August. (LaPresse) – She was supposed to serve 26 years in prison for 41 thefts committed in various Italian cities, for which she had been convicted, but she had been wanted for years. The woman, a foreign national, was arrested by railway police officers at Termini Station in Rome while she was wandering among the numerous travellers and pilgrims about to board the train. The first theft the woman committed dates back to 1997 when, while still a minor, she was arrested for aggravated theft. The woman was taken to the women's section of the Rebibbia prison in Rome.
