Rome, 7 July (LaPresse) – Mara Severin, a 31-year-old woman employed as a sommelier at the Michelin-starred restaurant “Essenza”, where a collapse occurred last night, did not survive. Under the rubble of the Michelin-starred restaurant in Via Tripoli in Terracina, in the province of Latina, run by chef Simone Nardoni, there are believed to be other people still trapped. The police are carrying out initial investigations. The Public Prosecutor's Office, which has ordered the seizure of the restaurant, is currently investigating the crimes of manslaughter and grievous bodily harm against persons unknown.
