Milan, July 6 (LaPresse) – The death toll from the flooding in Texas has risen to at least 68, according to CNN, citing local authorities. Fifty-nine of the deaths were recorded in Kerr County, four in Travis County, three in Burnet County, one in Kendall County, and one in Williamson County. Kerr County Sheriff Larry Leith confirmed the toll during a Sunday morning press conference: "As of 9 a.m. today, we have recorded 59 deaths in Kerr County," he said, noting that 38 of the victims were adults and 21 were children.
