Rome, July 6 (LaPresse) – A woman died due to severe weather in Robecchetto con Induno, in the province of Milan. According to reports, the victim was struck by a falling tree near a farmhouse. The woman, a resident of San Vittore Olona, was returning from a walk with two other people (a man and a woman), both of whom were injured and are in yellow code condition. The injured woman was airlifted to Sant'Anna Hospital in Como, while the man was taken to the hospital in Legnano. Numerous operations are currently being carried out by firefighters from the Milan Command after the violent storm that hit Milan and its province less than an hour ago. All rescue teams are engaged in trying to contain the damage caused by strong winds and heavy rain.
