Milan, July 4 (LaPresse) – “I wasn’t expecting anything in particular — I expected and still expect to gather as much data as possible. When we submit our expert report, I’ll be able to be more specific. Certainly, there is a lot of biological material. I would say that we all need to be more cautious in all our assessments,” said Giada Bocellari, defense lawyer for Alberto Stasi, who was definitively convicted for the murder of Chiara Poggi, killed on August 13, 2007.
She made the statement outside Milan’s police headquarters at the end of the third day of evidentiary proceedings.
“The analysis of Chiara Poggi’s nails is certainly an important step,” she added.
