Carlos Alcaraz complimented Fabio Fognini after his successful debut at Wimbledon against the Italian, who took the match to the fifth set. “Playing the first round on Centre Court, in any tournament, is never easy. I trained on grass, but Wimbledon is different, you feel the difference compared to other tournaments,” continued the Spaniard, ranked number two in the world. “I tried to do the best I could. I can play better, I need to improve, but overall I think it was a great match.”
