Turin, 30 June (LaPresse) – Around thirty families have been evacuated from their homes due to the consequences of an explosion in Via Nizza, Turin. Four apartments were involved and immediately declared uninhabitable, all on the same floor, and three staircases were evacuated. The roof collapsed as a result of the explosion. The deputy public prosecutor of Turin, Dionigi Tibone, is at the scene together with the police and fire brigade. It is not yet possible to determine the causes of the explosion and the subsequent fire. At the moment, the priority is to secure the building, but investigations are continuing to clarify all aspects.
