Naples, 14 June (LaPresse) – President Sergio Mattarella is expected in Ostuni (Brindisi) at the Church of Santa Maria Madre for the funeral of Chief Brigadier Carlo Legrottaglie, who was killed on Thursday in a shootout. Interior Minister Matteo Piantedosi has already arrived at the church, along with the Deputy Director General of Public Security and Central Director of the Criminal Police, Raffaele Grassi, representing the State Police. The President of the Puglia Region, Michele Emiliano, and the President of the Regional Council, Loredana Capone, are also present.
