Palermo, May 30 (LaPresse) – A cruise ship from Norwegian Cruise Line broke its moorings in the port of Catania due to strong winds blowing in the city since this morning. One of the bollards to which the ship was tied broke, causing the hull to move away from the pier. A woman who was boarding fell into the sea. Her husband jumped in to save her. Both were rescued by the ship’s crew and the police. They were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
